One way to survive in your course as both a mother and a medical school student is by knowing how to avoid stress. And one way of doing this is by taking pleasure in little things. You may, for instant, find pleasure in the excellent grade you got in a subject, your husband’s welcoming greetings, and your child’s smile.
Another way to avoid stress is by not worrying too much. You have to stop worrying about your child all the time. You have to concentrate in your studies so that you can understand the lessons well and you can give your best performance in your pursuit of medical degree.
